Bill Bolton Adult Hockey Skills provides a fun and welcoming place for recreational and beginner hockey players to learn and develop their skating, shooting, passing and stick handling in a supportive and relaxed environment. Sessions evolve from power skating and skills drills to situational and game strategy drills.

Co-ed Adult Hockey Skills

Eight, one-hour classes per session.
For men and women who are recreational hockey players looking for a adult-class environment to develop power skating and puck handling skills
Power Skating at top of every session.
Each class builds on the one before, working up to puck control, shooting, passing and eventually game situation drills.
Women’s Hockey Skills

Summer Adult Skills
Bill Bolton Adult Hockey Skills offers a welcoming, inclusive and fun place for adults to develop their hockey skills.
The Summer Session features nine weeks of Power Skating and Skills. It is geared towards recreational hockey player looking to build and develop basic and advanced hockey skills.
10 weeks, 1 hour sessions
June - August , 2024
Wednesdays 6:30pm
Focus on Fundamental Skills: Power Skating, Puck Control, Stick Handling, Passing, Shooting.
Incorporating Game Skills: Break Out, Defensive Zone Coverage, Offensive Zone Positioning, Power Play, Penalty Kill
Spring Adult Skills 2025
The Spring Session features One Hour of Power Skating and Skills and one Thirty Minute controlled scrimmage. It is geared towards recreational hockey player looking to build and develop basic and advanced hockey skills.
90 minute sessions. April/May
Thursdays 6:30pm-8:00pm OR 8:00pm-9:30pm.
Full Hockey Equipment Required.
This is NOT a Learn to Skate program. Must know how to skate and have some experience playing hockey.
